Search the Catalog - Destiny

Catalog Search

You can search Destiny for books and resources by:

1. Choosing a Library in the district under the district web site.

2. Choose a specific library level.

3. Click on the "Catalog" tab and begin your browsing session by utilizing one of the following options:

• Simple Search

  • Title
  • Author
  • Subject
  • Keyword
  • Series

• PowerSearch

  • Broaden or narrow topics through the use of Boolean operators

Other Searching Options:

• To search the catalog in all district libraries simultaneously: To search for Reading Program information such as Acclerated Reader,

  • Click on the "Catalog" tab,
  • Click on the arrow down to the left of "Location" and
  • Choose "Wilmington Area School District"

  • Click on the "Catalog" tab,

  • Click o the arrow down tot he right of "Reading Programs" and

  • Choose "Acclerated Reader"

  • Two more lines of choices will appear "AR Level" and "Point Value".

  • Click on the "Title" icon to yeild results.

    • Fill in appropriate information (Less is better)

    • TIP: Leave the "Find" box blank
